Thursday – 11.1.12 – No Power still

Wednesday – 10.31.12 – Schedule Update

CLASS SCHEDULE: 9AM 11AM 4PM   we still have no power so evening classes are cancelled unless othe power comes back.


There is no power at the gym. Todays classes are cancelled. Tomorrows 6AM is also cancelled. The 9AM is ON. Tomorrows evening schedule depends on the power situation. Stay tuned for updates…hope to see a lot of you at 9 tomorrow morning!


Monday 10.29.12. GYM IS CLOSED TODAY

MCF news- Today, Monday October 29th the gym will be closed due to Hurricane Sandy.  Please follow our facebook page and this main site page for details for tomorrow’s operating hours if we are open.  To our MCF friends and family, please stay safe during the storm and take care of your loved ones.  Thanks.


Saturday – 10.27.12 – MOVING DAY!

MCF NEWS: It really has been an amazing year!  We are blessed to have such an amazing group of athletes who give it everything they have day in and day out.  You are all an inspiration and the appreciation for your support is hard to put into words.  Lots of great memories at 2 Timber


Friday – 10.26.12 – Happy Friday!

The Move:  We will be moving into our new space this Saturday after the 10am class.  If anyone is available to help out we would appreciate it.  Depending on our progress we may cancel OG on Sunday, stay tuned for updates.  Starting Monday all classes will be held at the new box (865 business 33
