Saturday – 3.1.14 – OPEN WOD 14.1

Monday – 2.24.14 – Benchmark Repeat

The Open:  For the next 5 weeks the CF Open is in full effect, each WOD will be announced Thursday nights at 8pm.  All competitors will have the opportunity to complete this WOD every Saturday at 11am (alternate times will also be available) – This will be going down right after the 10am WOD so
