Announcements:  This week the office will be closed for kids during classes as we will be cleaning out and re-organizing the area.  All kids need to sit in the area designated “safe” by the coach and remain there for the duration of the class.  Thank you.



 Rennie showing a nice catch position – perfect world the elbows would be up a bit more which would put the bar on her shoulders rather than her clavicle but pretty nice job overall for a PR!
